Girl's Night Out at Fresh Salt!

Picture breathtaking nighttime water views, a buzz of excitement and smiling women’s faces everywhere you turn. Finish it off with an ice cold martini made with pineapple juice, champagne, vanilla vodka; and topped off with cupcake sprinkles.

You just learned the recipe for Girl’s Night out at Fresh Salt at Saybrook Point Inn.

Every Thursday evening from 6-9pm, Manager Billy DiCrosta will treat you like his own personal guest and friend as you dine on sumptuous cuisine and imbibe in tempting cocktails, all for fabulous prices! This blogger enjoyed  a Cupcake martini, arugula winter salad with glace pears, and an amazing mussels and pasta special. Finishing off with a house made “Napolean cookie” that featured melted chocolate sauce and freshly whipped cream. To die for!

Our server, Christine was phenomenal, so helpful and giving us recommendations of her own personal favorites. You truly feel like a celebrity at Girl’s Night! 

You’ll have the option of a PreFixe Three Course Menu, specialty priced cocktails (Martinis for just $6 and Wine for $5!) or the regular dinner menu when you go. Your ears will also get a treat, as fabulous acoustic live music is played by local talent. Last night’s artist Ian Campbell wowed us with everything from Prince to Michael Buble while we dined.
