Decorating Your Home on a Budget #3

Ok - this will be the last week we talk about your family room.  I chose this picture for a couple of reasons.  I want you to take note of the pillows and window treatments!

Pillows are a great way to change the feel of your room.  If you are not handy with the sewing machine you can pick them up on sale or places like TJ Max.  Use a lot of them - they are a great way to change the flavor of your room! The window treatment is one you can pick up at Walmart for very limited money!  It looks fun and it also takes care of privacy issues.  I love this look rather than those plastic mini blinds which look terrible and do nothing for your decorating!!

Now that I think about it - we haven't talked about accessories or rugs or paint!!! - well, maybe one more week on your family room - we'll see! Have fun! j
