Prescription Drug Take Back

April 30 is National Drug Take Back Day! Bring your unused, expired or unwanted medications (prescription and over-the-counter) to the Clinton PD to be disposed of properly by the DEA.

More than seven million Americans currently abuse prescription drugs, and each day approximately 2,500 teens use prescription drugs to get high for the first time. A majority of abused prescription drugs are obtained from family and friends, including the home medicine cabinet.

This event is a partnership between the Clinton Police Department, The First Selectman's Task Force, the CT River Area Health District and neighboring communities
