Non-Profit Events Organizers Get-Together

OPEN LETTER ......YOU ARE INVITED

Dear Club Members, Event Planners, Civic Organizations, Nonprofits, Religious Leaders, and Volunteers at Every Corner:

The Clinton Chamber of Commerce is organizing a meeting to be held  Thursday, February 17, 2011 at Andrews Memorial Town Hall.  The meeting will begin at 5:30 and is expected to last an hour.

Bring a list of your plans, fund-raisers, opportunities and efforts so that the group can share with each other.  The intention of the meeting is to eliminate duplicate efforts that vie for the same help, dollars, workers, attendees, etc.

This meeting is open to anyone who serves in any capacity.   It has no agenda other than to facilitate all of the good works from each organization.  Attendees are asked to RSVP by phone or by email: 860 669-3889 or chamber@clintonct.com.
