Free income tax preparation is available at the Henry Carter Hull Library in Clinton on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. beginning on February 2.
VITA sites provide free tax help for low and middle income tax payers, and are staffed with volunteers trained and certified by the IRS.
