HOT! HOT! HOT! Hair Tinsel for Teens

Dare to be amazing this holiday season with the hottest hair trend! 

Come to the Henry Carter Hull Library on December 18th at 2:30 and have artist “Z” weave tiny stands of tinsel in your hair for a special holiday look. This event is for grades 6 and up. Please register as space is limited.
