LCRVHC Fall Festival Hunter Pace

The
Lower Connecticut River Valley Horsemen’s Club (LCRVHC) invites horseback
riders of all abilities and disciplines to register for their Fall Festival
Hunter Pace. The ride will take place on Sunday, October 27, 2013 (inclement
weather date: November 3, 2013) in the Weber Woods section of Cockaponset State
Forest. Pre-registration is required. 

The
entry fee is $45 and entry forms can be downloaded from lcrvhc.org. Fee
includes lunch. The registration deadline is October 17, 2013. Late
registrations for an additional $10 may be accepted after that date, space
permitting.

The
ride begins at 98 Stevenstown Road, Deep River, and follows a trail within the
Deep River and Westbrook sections of Cockaponset State Forest. The terrain is
varied and includes open fields, flat stretches through the woods and a few
hills; a jump course is optional. Ample trailer parking is available. Check-in
begins at 8:30 a.m. and the ride starts at 9:00 a.m.
