Come see Clinton youth's creativity as they transform many businesses' windows on Main Street into a Halloween masterpiece! Children in Grades 4-8 were invited to participate in this event. This year a record 31 windows will be painted by 73 students!! The registration deadline was Wednesday, October 16th. This event is being sponsored by the Clinton Parks & Recreation Department, Clinton Youth and Family Services Bureau, Clinton Police Department and Shoreline Community Women.
