Were you or a member of your family recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease? Are you feeling lost and confused by the diet requirements?

We can answer your questions and help you learn how to solve these problems. The good news is that your new diet does not require expensive medications or frequent visits to your doctor! The even better news is that this diet is doable, practical and much easier than it was even 5 years ago.

The Gluten Intolerance Group of ShorelineEast began more than 5 years ago when it was founded as the Shoreline Gluten Free Association. Since that time, we have grown to nearly 100 members, we publish a newsletter 5 times a year and for the year 2013, we will have 5 major events including a Pancake Breakfast in April and a Chili Fest in November.

We also offer a Celiac 101 Class with a Power Point Presentation which not only discusses the physical aspects of gluten intolerance but also covers every aspect of the diet. We also match those newly diagnosed with a well-seasoned member to help guide you through label reading, grocery shopping, meal planning, and other phases of learning to adapt to this way of life.

We’ve removed the ability to reply as we work to make improvements. Learn more here
