House Hunt: Open Houses for July 17th

Three Open Houses in Clinton are happening this Sunday. Stop by and check them out!

Housing values are starting to stabilize in Clinton. The median value for Clinton houses sold in June was $292,000 compared to a 2010 median of $277,000. Values have increased by 5.4%. 

This is good news for sellers but a buyer needs to move quickly if they are in the market for a home.  Stop into one of these open houses this weekend if you are planning a move!
