Bausch Advanced Technologies Inc., a Global Leader in the pharmaceutical packaging machinery industry, currently has an opening for a Project Manager for custom machine manufacturing in our expanding Clinton Ct. facility.

Qualifications for this position are, but not limited 
Knowledge of Microsoft Project and all of office 
Bachelors degree in engineering or business and/ or 5 years equivalent experience
Technical understanding
 Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
 Project Management,  Proficiency, Process Improvement, Tracking Budget Expenses, Self-Development, 

Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.


Strong communication skills with customers
Strong team work abilities. Must be able to work independently or with a team 
Works well under pressure and can meet timelines and budget
Language: German is a plus
