The Central Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding to customers who contact the company in a professional and efficient manner and satisfactorily resolving their concern. This could include arranging service or emergency response, interpreting customer records and account history, finding information on the Internet such as assessor information or credit card details, and interpreting customer accounts, including transfers, billing, and collections. They will also assist Field Service workers to respond to customers by accessing and interpreting customer information for them, entering notes to assist with customer concerns.
