Why you should go right now: With the lengthy expanse of shoreline that Connecticut enjoys, it’s surprising more restaurants with water views don’t exist. All the more reason to skip sitting indoors at Rocky’s Aqua. Despite the rich burgundy and gold color scheme and comfortable banquettes in the dining room, the outdoor deck and bar offer scenic views and the chance to drink in the salt air.
