What Body Karma Studio Offers

Clinton is a great town with lots of options when it comes to working out. Body Karma Studio is the new comer to the area that offers lots of great reasons to give us a try. We start by being open 7 days a week, and offer several classes a day in Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, and P90X. All of our classes are the same affordable price and if you choose to purchase a package, it can be used for any class.

When you come to the Body Karma Studio you will find plenty of parking in the rear of the building, and a convenient back entrance.  The studio is a soothing environment with a fresh ocean color pallet. There is a comfortable seating area for changing your shoes or relaxing and recharging before or after classes. We have air conditioning for hot days, and ceiling fans to help create air flow so there is never a stuffy feeling.

Our friendly staff of fitness professionals have extensive knowledge in their area of expertise and are always learning more. Classes are taught at multiple levels to suit the needs of every class participant. Working within a small group will help reduce the risk of injury, as the instructor will be able to help guide you through your workout with proper techniques for your fitness goals.

Body Karma Studio also offers some little extras, at no extra cost. We have cold towels that are available during or after your harder workouts. There is always a fresh fruit selection for when you need a little snack. A fruit infused water is also available made daily with fresh fruit. My favorite feature is smartphone charging in each cubby with IPhone 5, IPhone 4, and Droid chargers available for your use.

So please come in and check out all that Body Kama Studio has to offer.
