Grammy Award nominee Josh Turner will headline this year's Durham Fair.

The country music star will perform on the Main Stage on Saturday, September 28, according to Durham Fair Association public relations coordinator Debbie Huscher.

Turner, who's also earned numerous CMA and ACM nominations since the release of his debut album, Long Black Train, is one of country music's most successful hit-makers.

He's sold more than five million albums and has four No. 1 hits, including "Your Man," "Would You Go With Me," "Why Don't We Just Dance" and "All Over Me."

His 2006 album Your Man was nominated for a Grammy Award.

Turner released his fifth studio album, Punching Bag, in June 2012. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Country Albums Chart.

A Hannah, South Carolina native, Turner has been songwriting and performing since he was a young child, and in support of music education, created The Josh Turner Scholarship Fund to assist students interested in pursuing a future in arts/music.
