The Earth Shelter at Bushy Hill is in need of some TLC! Join Bushy Hill Director Kelly “Noodle” Way, Bushy Hill staff members and volunteers as they work together to repair the Earth Shelter. This is an open event to the community. Drop in for as little or as long as you’d like. The shelter at Bushy Hill is used often with Primitive Studies school groups and the after-school mentoring program. It is a space used very often by all who know and love it, providing a cool place to teach on a hot summer day, and a dry warm spot on a cold rainy day. There will be outdoor cooking and refreshments available. Please bring along some work gloves or bow saws if you have any.
