"The Great Escape of Edward Whalley and William Goffe" is the captivating story of two of the judges that sentenced Charles I to death in the 1600s.

Chris Pagliuco, author of “The Great Escape of Edward Whalley and William Goffe”  will be giving a talk at the Henry Carter Hull about his book on Monday, January 27, 2014 at 6:30 pm. 

"The Great Escape of Edward Whalley and William Goffe” is the captivating story of two of the judges that sentenced Charles I to death in the 1600s. When Charles II took the throne these two “Regicides” fled to New England, ending up in New Haven where the Crown pursued them. Please register athchlibrary.org.
