Jane announced that the spade, part of a decades long Morgan tradition, remained missing and then thanked everyone again for attending and supporting the event. The formal business portion of the reunion closed with the singing of “Towering High”.

The Association would like to thank all those who volunteered to help with the task of setting up and cleaning up on a very hot day.Your assistance was vital to the success of the day. Additionally, donations to the Morgan Alumni Association are always greatly appreciated to help create a fund that would provide the monies to honor each graduate at the time of their graduation and to renew the tradition of giving a gift to the school at the time of each triennial reunion.  Association members, being any and all graduates, are asked to contribute $10.00 in dues every three years.  Those donations can be mailed to Faith Gayer Fisher, 36 Cow Hill Road, Clinton CT 06413.  Please note “Triennial ues/donation” on the check.

Those attending enjoyed a lovely afternoon renewing old friendships, creating new ones and remembering shared memories and stories of their years at Morgan. No matter what year one graduated there was that common bond of Morgan pride.  “Learn always to live our lives, the Morgan Way”.
