Grand Opening Clinton Arts Project Gallery

Eighteen shoreline artists will be displaying their work at the newly formed Clinton Arts Project Pop Up Gallery opening for the summer at 20 East Main Street, Clinton Ct. The Clinton Arts Project mission is to promote all forms of art in the community.  The cooperative of artists will be kicking off the summer with an open house reception scheduled on Saturday, May 31, 2014 from 5 - 8 p.m. Come in and meet the artists and enjoy looking at their paintings (many of local scenes). The gallery will be open earlier on Saturday, May 24, 2014 - Monday May 26, 2014, Memorial Day, from 1 - 6 p.m. In the future, the gallery will be open every Thursday - Sunday from 1 - 6 p.m.

The Clinton Arts Project has a vision of an open forum for creative expression, without limiting labels, without pretense or elitism, welcome to all regardless of genre, medium or any other boundaries.

We will grow beyond gallery arts to encompass literature, performing art, and arts yet unimagined.
