- The Guilford Savings Bank Concert Series presented by the Clinton Chamber of Commerce continues tonight with Long Island Sound. Head to the Vece Gazebo at 6:30 PM to enjoy vocalist Mary Beth Sippin, a national recording artist and lead vocalist and drummer Gary Ribchinsky from Essex. The Long Island Sound features a three-piece horn section known for its renditions of old and new swing styles. And the weather is supposed to be perfect to head outside for the concert...
- ...It is supposed to be a beautiful day! The National Weather Service is calling for mostly sunny skies, with a high near 80.
- Mara Kokis of Swan Funeral Homes will be at the Henry Carter Hull Library to educate the community about estate planning and veteran's benefits Thursday evening at the Estate Planning Program. This will be an informational seminar on the many benefits of pre-planning and taking the burden off your loved ones.
- Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your home this summer? Be sure to check out New Haven Animal Shelter. They are in urgent need of adopters. You can meet them today (they're open Mon-Sat, 12:30-4:30.
