Arrests for October 1-10, 2011

The following arrest information is supplied by the Clinton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction:

October 2

Heather Christie, 52, of Horse Hill Road in Westbrook was arrested at Stop & Shop and charged with breach of peace.

Erick Kilburn, 20, of Old Toll Road in Madison was arrested for identity theft and charged with illegal use of a credit card, larceny in the third degree and identity theft in the third degree.

October 3

Ryan Dumas, 18, of Brickyard Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with reckless driving, operating an ATV without a valid registration, failure to stop upon request, unreasonable speed and operating without a license.

Tina Griggs, 42, of East Main Street in Clinton was arrested at the Village Motel during a domestic incident and charged with criminal violation of a protective order.

October 5

Mark Bowman, 46, of Rodney Street in West Haven was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license or registration and improper use of headlights.

October 6

Shelly Peploe, 45, of Old Post Road in Clinton was arrested at ShopRite and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, shoplifting.

James Perry, 42, of View Place in Guilford, CT was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

October 7

James Fanning, 49, of Rosemary Lane in Guilford was arrested and charged with larceny in the first degree (theft from a building) and burglary in the third degree.

Police arrested Willie Cox, Jr., 45, of  Huntington Street in New Haven with charges of three counts of larceny in the sixth degree and three counts of conspiracy.

Ronald Lewis, 52, of West Main Street in Clinton was arrested during a neighbor dispute at Cedar Grove South and charged with creating a public disturbance.

October 8

Jeffrey Thrall, 38, of Swan Lake Trail in Killingworth, was arrested at Stop & Shop and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, shoplifting, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license or registration, improper use of a marker, registration and/or license, inadequate insurance coverage and operating a unregistered motor vehicle.

Patricia Gordon, 52, of Indian Drive in Clinton was arrested and charged with breach of peace and operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

October 9

Police arrested Alexander Hecimovich, 19, of Thrush Cross Road in Clinton and charged him with criminal mischief in the second degree and criminal trespass in the third degree.

October 10

Luis Lopez, 35, of Valley Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with traveling unreasonably fast and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and/or registration.

Orson Kirton, 39, of Lincoln Place in Brooklyn, NY was arrested at the Calvin Klein store at Clinton Crossing Outlet and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, shoplifting.
