Michael Whaley hit a door three times after judge set his bond
Michael Whaley, 25, of Clinton was arraigned in Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday and was charged with third-degree larceny, the New Haven Register reported.
According to the article, Whaley's bond was set at $5,000 and on his way to the back lockup area, hit his hand three times against a door and screamed an expletive.
He was taken to the hospital for medical attention.
